Our new corporate philosophy comprises a Corporate Mission, a Management Policy and a Code of Conduct.
Since our establishment, we have worked persistently to provide our customers with a stable supply of high-quality products, a manufacturing approach from which we have never wavered. We aim to increase corporate value by swiftly and accurately meeting the needs of diverse customers with sophisticated technologies.
To meet all our stakeholders' expectations, our corporate slogan, "polishing our technologies and bringing people together," which expresses our desire to provide the people of the world with a rich lifestyle, will remain the same.



Our corporate vision comprises our Business Identity, Corporate Cultural Vision and Business Structure Vision.



Business Identity
We offer the world's highest level of technology in the surface processing field, and aim to be an "excellent company."
Being an "excellent company" means not only having excellent results. It also includes the following.
(1) Respond to change precisely, and grow continuously.
(2) Each person works eagerly to achieve the corporate philosophy and vision.
(3) Contribute to decreasing the environmental impact as a member of a recycling-based society.

Business Structure Vision
Fujimi will strengthen its existing businesses while aggressively taking on challenges in new fields. We will construct a stable business that is balanced between the semiconductor (silicon and CMP) and non-semiconductor fields.



Fujimi formulated a Mid-Long Term Management Plan to realize its corporate philosophy and corporate vision. The plan is separated into three parts and based on three successive mid-term plans.
Fujimi’s Mid-Long Term Management Plan incorporates the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) system to develop a strategy map from Learning and Growth, Internal Processes, and Customer and Financial views.
The Learning and Growth view incorporates enhanced human resource development and fostering of high motivation, while the Internal Processes view attempts to strengthen PDCA deployment and teamwork, quality assurance, development and marketing capabilities linked to the strategic tasks of manufacturing improvement and the promotion of corporate environmental activities. The Customer view addresses efforts to understand customer demands, satisfy these needs, and provide the customer with greater satisfaction. The Financial view focuses on building a stable business portfolio structure while at the same time developing improved profitability and expanded sales aimed at the realization of our corporate vision and mission through the construction of a low-cost structure and strong financial position.
