External reporting
The purpose of External Reporting is to ensure the transparency and fairness of transactions between we and our business partners, and thereby maintain and develop our business relationship.
If our business partners becomes aware of a violation (or suspected violation) of laws or regulations by our employee or other party , the business partners are asked to provide information in order to resolve the problem.
We will confirm the facts of the reported matter and take appropriate action. In addition, we may ask for your cooperation in fact-finding and investigation.
We will not cause any disadvantage to the informant or his/her employer as a result of the report. However, it shall not apply to cases where the content of the report intentionally contains false information.
