Fujimi respects and supports human rights norms and principles which are recognized internationally, including the "Universal Declaration of Human Rights", the "United Nations Global Compact", and the International Labour Organization Declaration on "Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work". We adopt actions aligned with the "Responsible Business Alliance Code of Conduct", comply with local laws and regulations, and formulates its human rights policy based on the "United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights".
We comply with the laws applicable in each country and region in which we conduct our corporate activities. When there is a conflict between internationally recognized human rights and the laws of a country or region, we seek ways to honor the principles of international human rights.
The human rights policy is established to protect employees. We also expect its suppliers and contractors to adhere to the following principles to uphold human rights.

- 1. Compliance with Local Labor and Environmental Laws
- Ensure reasonable working conditions and a safe and healthy working environment for employees.
- 2. Commitment to Equality, Equity and Non-Discrimination
- Strive to create an inclusive workplace free from discrimination and harassment. Discrimination based on race, class, language, ideology, religion, political affiliation, origin, birthplace, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, appearance, physical or mental disability, or past union membership is prohibited.
- 3. Prohibition of Forced Labor and Child Labor
- Do not engage in forced labor or employ child labor.
- 4. Respect for Privacy and Freedom of Association
- Respect employees' right to privacy and their freedom to form and join associations.
- 5. Establishment of Effective Communication Channels
- Set up clear labor-management communication channels and grievance mechanisms. Investigate any human rights violations promptly and implement remedial and corrective actions.
- 6. Regular Review and Evaluation
- Periodically review and assess relevant human rights systems and practices.
