GC Series – α-type green silicon carbide

GC, green silicon carbide, is a very high purity SiC powder. The α-type, hexagonal crystalline phase, is just below diamond in terms of hardness, and its chemical stability is excellent at room temperature. As it possesses the electrical properties of a semiconductor, good heat conductivity and high temperature durability, GC is applied for heat sink as a heat dissipation material.

GC#40000 - for sintering raw material

GC#40000, α-type silicon carbide, is an ultrafine powder with 250nm in average particle size. Ultrafine particles which have higher activation energy during sintering, resulting in increased sinterability than conventional SiC.

WA is an α-type corundum crystal phase with higher than 96.0% purity of Al2O3. Our white fused alumina is available in a wide range of particle sizes, from ultrafine particles with an average size of 0.35 µm (#30000) to 59 µm (#240).

PWA-Platelet calcined alumina

PWA is a high-quality alumina powder, consisting of a plate-shaped crystal of Al2O3 with higher than 99.0% purity of Al2O3. Our platelet calcined alumina is available in a wide range of particle sizes, from fine particles with an average size of 3.1 µm to 35 µm.

Cubic alumina

Cubic alumina unlike conventional alumina, the particles are uniform in shape, and the size distribution is closely controlled. Particle size can be controlled in the range of 100-700 nm, and the crystal phase can also be controlled depending on applications.
