Titanium Phosphate
What is Titanium Phosphate?
Titanium phosphate is a plate-shaped particles with features such as high refractive index, high whiteness, and photocatalytic inactivity. Our unique synthesis technology enables to offer particles of uniform size and thickness.

Titanium Phosphate
Features and Superior Points for Solid Lubricant Applications
Titanium phosphate is a plate-shaped particles with features as follows:
- 1.Improve the performance (anti-seize, wear resistance)when added to grease.
- 2.Due to its high whiteness, it does not transfer black color to the surroundings.
- 3.Plate shape can be retained up to approximately 700℃ .(Depending on particle sizes)
Compared to common solid lubricant like molybdenum disulfide, PTFE and boron nitride, titanium phosphate has excellent durability (in high temperature stability, wear resistance etc…).
Also in recent years, the solid lubricant industry is searching for a new material to reduce emissions of PFAS, which are persistent and can remain in the environment for a long period of time. Titanium phosphate is expected to be applied as a PFAS-free material to address these issues.
Superior durability compared to general solid lubricants.

Features and Strengths for Diffuser Plates / Films Applications
In terms of optical properties, titanium phosphate has the features of balancing both light-dispersive and light-transmissive. Light-dispersive particles such as acrylic and silicone particles have excellent light diffusion properties, as it is a rare material that also has light transmittance, light diffusing film and sheets are expected to be applied.
Our titanium phosphate has both light diffusion and light transmission properties
